At Soft Touch Care Services Ltd, we provide compassionate, person-centred care and support to people in the comfort and familiarity of their own homes. Our aim is to help each person live as safely, independently and confidently as possible while maintaining their dignity, choice and control.
We understand that everyone is different. That is why we take time to get to know each individual, including their routines, preferences, communication needs, cultural background, personal goals and the things that are important to them. Care is planned with the person and, where appropriate, their family or representatives, so that the support provided reflects their individual needs and wishes.
Our trained and caring team can support with a range of needs, including personal care, daily living activities, companionship, mobility, continence care, meal preparation and other agreed support identified through assessment and care planning.
